And I was wondering if you had the normal windows 2000 cursor, you know the one with the shadow behind it so that it looks as if it is standing out? Do you have it, and if not then can you please tell me where to get it?

The shadow feature in Windows 2000 is just that, a feature! Any cursor (even animated) has a shadow that ghosts it's every move. It may be possible to mimic this, but it's not going to be as simple as forging an icon to do it.
